Utilizing Non-cognitive Data and Early Alerts to Boost the Retention Rates of Conditionally Admitted Students at Iowa Wesleyan

Students who are conditionally admitted are historically at-risk at campuses across the country. In 2018, leaders at Iowa Wesleyan put in place a multi-faceted support system for these students with impressive results: improving retention rates by 20% in just one year. In this webinar, they’ll share how they utilized non-cognitive data and designed an early alert system (with strong faculty buy-in!) to provide comprehensive support to these students.
