Fresh Insights on First-Gens

Every year, first-generation students take a leap into the world of higher education, and they represent anywhere from 22 to 77% of a campus population. While research has identified some unique challenges the group faces in pursuit of a college degree, the students also represent a brave and resourceful population on campus. In this webinar, we present new national data around first-gen student attitudes and engagement patterns. We also discuss how to use this information when designing programs to strengthen first-gen student success.
